He arrived on time and got to work. He cleaned all my windows and doors inside and out. He cleaned all the window screens and solar screens. He was careful and respectful of my house. He didn't track up my floors or leave a mess. He answered all my questions. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable. I've gotten lots of compliments on how good my windows look. I'm very pleased with how my windows and screens look now."

After 10 years in this home—with lots of nearby construction and several seasons of drought—our vents were very dusty (so bad I didn’t even take before photos 😅). He arrived within the scheduled time window and called to let us know when he was on his way, which we really appreciated.
