He provided a detailed estimate, that discussed the difference in price of staying with the same color or changing the color--we opted to change the color, and our house literally has been transformed! Todd was also very accommodating in replacing our outdated shutters. We showed us some options, we chose, and then he and his team took care of measuring, ordering and installing updated shutters. The painting crew, led by Jesus, arrived on schedule every day and immediately impressed us with their meticulous prep work. They took great care to power wash, scrape any loose paint, caulk cracks, where needed, and provided pictures of minor wood damage that required repair, and provided options for the repair. The painting itself was done with precision and efficiency. The team worked diligently, demonstrating skill in brushing and rolling two coats of high-quality exterior paint. They maintained a clean work area throughout the project, minimizing disruption to our daily routine. They even vacuumed our mulch at the end of the prep days to remove any and all paint chips! Impressive! We cannot recommend The Painting Edge highly enough for any painting needs. Their exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, professional team, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire experience enjoyable. We paid Matt in full for the job, and he left someone else to complete the work, When we brought the blemishes and items that were not to standard to our expectations, especially with the hanging and texturing of the sheetrock work he has ghosted us. He should at least refund what we had to pay to correct the issue if he was not going to complete the job the the standards that he sold us on! We have pictures of all the bad work!"
