To be honest my expectations were low, but to my surprise the engineer, Alex, who conducted this work brought with him the kind of old-fashioned workmanship we once had in this country when a certain generation of Europeans were of working age. Alex spent no less than six hours cleaning every inch of a three-thermostat system. To make things better, he left the areas where he had worked in the apartment immaculate. During this lengthy time, Alex was highly professional, personable, and considerate of me and my space. I see that the Company has over 250 5-star reviews, so there is little more I can say – except that as a very tough NYC costumer, I offer up my highest recommendation for this business. The following day, I took the time to call the Owner, Dimitri, who could not have been more delighted by the fact that I had such a positive experience. This is a rare first-rate organization and you simply cannot go wrong when you need this type of work undertaken."

"I contacted Alina the Monday before Thanksgiving I requested Tuesday or Wednesday. Due to the holiday she was already booked. I suggested Friday. That worked for both of us. Alina sent two women at 8 am Friday. (I am so sorry that I do not remember their names). They scrubbed the house down top to bottom in 5 hours. They cleaned EVERYTHING (stove in and out, refrigerator/freezer in and out, etc.). Since the house is empty, a part of me thought they would just wipe stuff down and vacuum. I could not have been more wrong! I have a "Type A" personality and I am a clean freak. My kids call it "Mom clean" to illustrate how clean something is or is not. They definitely "Mom Cleaned"!!!! The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. It is a pleasure working with such an honest and reputable company. Especially since the dumpster industry has not been know for this!
