"I can recommend Isaac Branham, Joshua Tree Enterprises, to anybody needing lawn cutting or seeding. I normally do my own lawn cutting. In 2012 we used Joshua Tree to cut our 1/3 acre lawn during an extended vacation. They were the only service I could find with a mower small enough to fit through our backyard gate. They were reasonable and the lawn looked good when we returned. In January, we put the house up for sale and moved out of state. Unfortunately, I waited too long on a grass cutting quote from a friend of our realtor. The quote was slow comming and surprisingly high. I asked Isaac to do the job. When the rain finally stopped, the grass was too tall for a single cutting. Isaac emailed a description of the situation and an estimate to do it right. He was very reasonable. He had to divert crew from other work to cut and rake several times to keep from killing he lawn. Wish I had called much earlier to ask him to take care of it as needed. I trust that he would have done a good job and treated us fairly. We didn't need the calls from angey neighbors and the HOA. I also appreciate his effort to get us out of a bad situation without taking advantage of us. We had him do power seeding in 2012. We furnished the seed we wanted to use and he furnished labor and equipment. The job was done quickly at a cost comparable to a seeder rental at Home Depot. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience. I won't ever hand plant large areas of grass seed again.

"Excellent!  A guy came with a commercial pressure washer, followed by a rotating scrub brush. A few days later after the concrete had dried, two guys came to seal the concrete. First they blew off any debris, and then sealed using a roller and paint brush. They were very careful and detailed in everything that they did. I was very impressed with their workmanship."
