"R&R Roofing replaced the roofing at home this September, 2021. Richard Rossi toured the site with me and clearly detailed the work to be done and the reasons for the specific choices and materials. He answered my questions without prevarication. The work was scheduled the week before, and was started and completed on the scheduled day. The roof looks great and easily passed its first rainy day. The crew were extremely conscientious not only about installing the roofing, but also in their consideration for the gardens, grounds, and driveway. There was no damage to the flowerbeds or to the lawn. There was not a nail or shred of roofing material or its packaging anywhere on the site when they left. R&R Roofing installed the previous roofing 23 years ago. I expect this new one to last just as long."

Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons. On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving. We were very impressed with Global and definitely recommend them for your roofing project."

"The estimator came and examined house and gave a detailed and thorough estimate. After signing contract workers came about 10 days later to begin. Once they started they were done within 2.5 days. Tom, who is the president, was very nice and very responsive to my emails and questions. He also came after all the work was done to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. This company may cost a little more than some competitors but they're worth it. In my view you always get what you paid for. These guys a very professional and have excellent customer service.

"Not only could they paint it, but they painted it well! Even before the painting, I walked outside and looked at my newly washed vinyl siding and vinyl deck and exclaimed "wow!" They did an excellent job of all parts. They even took a piece of the railing to the paint store so that they would match the color. I had checked with another company which had an A report card here on Angie's List but Hector's was much better by price and made me feel better. I should note for anyone who wants to get both of these done that the cost of the painting/staining is higher than the cost of the power washing. But even though painting isn't there primary job, the results look like it was. they pressure wash by actually using a chemical to melt off the mold/algae/whatever it is, then use water to rinse it away. They were professional, friendly, trustworthy, everything you look for in someone doing a big job. Excellent all-around."
