He had the machine on a truck, and so he extracts all the dirt, and goes with it. He uses really hot steam to clean the carpet and it was nice. He is a nice guy, and he is honest. He is everything you would ask. It was a good deal, and he tried to accommodate your schedule. His name is Dustin Jetmore. The toilet overflowed and Dustin went and extracted the water from the carpet. He went there after he had done my carpet and he went there and extracted the water. It was very nice."
