I had a different pressurewash group cancel a few minutes before their appointment time. I went back on Angi’s and found Papertown Powerwash. I explained I was having an operation in an hour and wouldn’t be able to walk him through my needs, but texted him a list. He came out and quietly walked my property, then called me later in the day with a quote- the quote is exactly what I’ve paid in the past so that felt reassuring. I called him on Tuesday and by Friday afternoon had my home squeaky clean. He took extra care working on my old house in the woods, making sure it looked it’s best. One of my best friends was here helping me. He has been in construction over 50 years. He was doing a few things on my house too and noted how kind Marcus is, offering to help if he needed his ladder moved and other things. My friend came in and said, “You know, it’s not often people go out of their way to help people. I really liked how Marcus spoke to me, how kind he was.” I’m still recovering from surgery, but went out and spoke to Marcus myself. I completely agree with his assessment. Marcus is forthright, kind, helpful and wow- my home, fence, and decks have never looked better. I told Marcus to please come back in the spring for touch up and again next fall after the leaves drop. I’m so glad that other contractor canceled. Lol. I’m a client for life."

"Alfred and his team did an AMAZING job! They showed up when they said they would and worked in some pretty extreme heat. It was a bit over my original budget but only because I asked for extras, and they were more than happy to accommodate me. I had a pool patio area that had not been used for 10 + years. It was dirty, sharp, and hot on the feet. Concrete had numerous cracks and I had poor drainage in the entire area (which they resolved). They transformed it into an oasis. You can walk barefoot and not slip, or hurt your feet. The products they used have technology that is mind boggling. Cool and comfy. I have another project they have already agreed to take on. If you want it done right, on budget, and on timeâ ¦ Give these guys a shout, you wonâ t be disappointed. Itâ s been a pleasure working with them."
