"It went very well. I tried "the other guy" but he never followed through like he said he would. I called Ugly Shingles and they were very responsive and did exactly what they said when they said. The guys were friendly and clean cut. Price seemed high, but I did not compare prices with any other roof cleaner. The only thing they didn't do was to call when they were on their way, which I had requested. But I did not have to be home when the roof was cleaned. Roof looks great, too. They cleaned the front half of the roof and I have a small ranch style home."

She was pleasant, patient and friendly every time I called or came into the office. I told her I had water coming in and scheduled an inspection. Happily, they were able to come out much sooner than planned. He inspected the roof, getting up with a ladder and also the attic. As the roof had been repaired several times it now needed replaced. They were able to do the work quickly which was great since it was the end of November. The crew was polite and hardworking, only stopping once for a short lunch break,and completing the roof in one day. They laid down tarps before starting and cleaned up well but I did find a few nails on the driveway. I called and asked if they could come back and go over the area again with the magnet.
