"Elliot and his crew showed up as scheduled. They had some difficulties with the old slab being so porous, but worked through the day to get it right. The color came out great, but the gloss layer did not last. After discussing this with Elliot, he stated it was most likely due to the very old and porous slab. Elliot and his crew came back to the house, re sanded the floor and put a thin top layer on the slab. He stained and sealed the floor with a high gloss finish. He did all this at no cost to me and the final product came out great."

Trust me there isn't a slacker in the bunch. When the  last section  of drive was ready to be poured the concrete was delivered late and because it had to harden some before they could spray it for the "wash look"  two of the crew stayed until almost 1 am to finish and make sure it was done right.   <br /> Joe communicated with me throughout the process and I was never in the dark about when  things were happening and what was going on. He held to the original estimate even though I probably added some work  to his job.   <br /> I have dealt with other contractors in the past and I always felt I needed to be close by to be sure things were done right. I had no qualms leaving Joe and his crew to their own devices, because from the first minute they rolled on to my job site they displayed professionalism and competence.   <br /> To summarize: B&B more than met my expectations in the quality of their work and their craftsmanship. Yes I will definitely use them again and I will refer as many folks to them as I can."
