"We had all our windows replaced by Window Wall. All appointments were always on time. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to assure our questions and concerns were taken care of. The installation crew (3 young gentlemen, Elias, Luciano and James) were super polite, professional and cleaned up all debris and removed it. We were told the job would be approx. 3 days. They were finished and cleaned up on the 3rd, day. While they were working a "supervisor" showed up to check on the job and asked if we had any questions, etc. The installation crew when finishing up took us around to show us the completed work, how windows operated etc. We are having a patio door replaced by Window Wall in a few weeks. We have asked for the same installation crew for that project also. We highly recommend Window Wall."

"Their sales team, especially Kyle Erickson, worked with us to find the right combination of doors and hardware to fit our budget. The installers were careful in removing the old doors and installing the new doors. They took great care in making sure the installation was done correctly and the area was cleaned spotlessly. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for new exterior doors"

"Love my new windows. Alex was a great sales man and very knowledgeable about the products being sold. My installer Shane was very professional and went above and beyond to help me remove my blinds before installing them. He cleaned up after he was done working. The company kept me up on when the window would be here. I would highly recommend this company."

"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"He was great. The work was done at my elderly mother's house and he was on time, professional and patient. We were afraid we would have to relace both doors but he explained how upgrading the locks, handles and rollers would solve our problems. He was right! My mom and I were both very pleased and would use him again and tell our friends about him.

"Professional and friendly crew. Always on time and always available to be reached by phone during business hours. They called me and I was able to have the scheduled instal done earlier due to a surprise opening which made me very happy, especially during storm season. The new windows look great! They know what they do. Highly recommend!"

"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.
I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!

I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion..

Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."
