My deck was in bad disrepair and the stairs were breaking and paint was all chipping until Manny and his team of professional construction crews fixed everything. They prepped power washed, sanded old paint and stained and resealed my deck and stairs… they look brand new! They took extra care to clean up after they were done. "Metropolitan Painting & Contracting painted my apartment, which included wallpaper removal, skim coating, baseboard replacement and painting. The quality of the work was excellent, the walls being very flat and lines straight. They started on the date planned and completed the project within the time estimate. Brendan Dwyer, the original salesman, came out looked at the peeling, sent out a crew. They scraped and repaired everything. No finger pointing ,no excuses.....just results.
