"I contacted Ron to come out and give me an estimate for new concrete around my new pool. His price was very reasonable for all the work that needed to be done. They removed all my old concrete, disposed of it and leveled out the remaining dirt/sand. Ron and his men were great! They were able to work around my new pool that was installed, and filled the concrete up right up next to the coping. They they were always on time, and I had no problems with them whatsoever. They had everything completely finished as was quoted on his estimate sheet. They took care not to let any newly poured concrete into the new pool that was already filled with water. "I couldn't be happier with my experience.  I had been trying to get this job done for three years.  The previous estimates, when I actually got them, were extremely high.  Mike and Mike came over and gave us a fair estimate and worked with us to extend the bottom landing.  I was also excited that they were able to do the stamped concrete at a reasonable price.  They showed up on time and had the old steps removed in one day.  The job site was always safe and neat.  They also took exceptional care of my landscaping which was located extremely close to where the steps were poured.  Mike did a beautiful job stamping the steps, taking extra time to go back and add detailing to it.  They were able to make the concrete coordinate with the existing stone planters I had.  While the entire process took about two weeks (with the powerwashing and sealing), Mike always called and came when he said he would.  I did have to make several phone calls to get the initial estimate but this seems to be pretty standard among concrete companies and we did play some phone tag.  Overall, I couldn't be happier with how the steps turned out. They are beautiful and  I am already planning a project for next spring."

"I needed someone in a pinch to help with a last minute inspection requirement 48 hours prior to settlement, they called for a new concrete apron. Phil and Mike of MAS stepped up to the job and did an amazing job. The came out right away with thier equiptment and worked day and night. The dug up and hauled away the old concrete and blacktop skirt and not one pebble was left behind and the lawn and sidewalk were untouched and the cut was perfect. The knew all ofthe size and code requirements and were known to the township officials and met with a smile. The were knowledgable about what the permit required and assisted the homeowner in filing out the forms. The job itself was a race against the stormy weather. They were not afraid to get rained on and knew just how much rain was too much. They worked with the stone and mix companies to get what we needed fast. The job was beautiful. They poured and timed the final concete finish. The job site was cleaner than they found it. They went the extra mile comparing curb heights and conformity to the neighbors and even blended the curb to match the uneven curb heights on the street. The added spacers thatallowed for future improvements and upgrades. They thought of everything. It was a fantastic job. The buyers sellers neighbors the realtors were all thankful. Pleasurable and respectful people who made no inconvience to anyone. I would recommend them to anyone. I received my invoice right away and made it to settlement against all odds. I can not thank them enough. MAS has all of my future business!"

"I have since hired them. So far, so good. I've seen work they've done in the neighborhood which is where I came up with the company. I did get other estimates and their price is very competitive. They are going to remove the driveway, add stones where needed, and put down paving 6 inches deep. The one thing I would say is it was a little difficult getting the scheduling. In a perfect world I would have anticipated having it done sooner. They were responsive to their phone calls and emails. So far I have no reason to doubt they will do good work."
