"Finding a company that will do one window is hard. Chaney was recommended by someone who did work on our house. They responded within a day or two, measured, gave us our options which were numerous, and about 8 weeks later (supply chain, everything takes longer than you want) they installed the window, it's perfect. Things that were discussed initially were not able to be done when the project was finally started many months later. It was very frustrating. However, Stratum did its best to remedy the situation and it worked out so that we were all satisfied. The window is good and I would hire them again for another project. However, I would be more careful to have things drawn out, clarified and would ask a lot more questions."
