"These guys came in and did the job right! They were very thorough and explaining the process of what they were about to do and gave recommendations that fit what we needed to have done. They took their time they planned it out and put everything back in place very beautifully. The price of the job was just right 14 recessed lights installed into pendant lights and two chandeliers. I would recommend these guys and I definitely would bring them back for future work ?? Thank you blessed Electric for making our house beautiful with you work!"

"Mike and his team did an exceptional job. The work itself was an overhaul of an outdated General Pacific Panel and relocation of an out of code closet panel to the outside, mast/riser, etc. This also requires arc faults, GFIs, ground rods, etc. They explained each step, walked me through the ins and outs of where the wiring was going, where the ground rods were getting placed, what types of breakers were needed for code, and came in below budget. Hard to find folks that shoot you straight, take care of all the additional questions you have, and allow you to make small changes to statement of work all under budget (I.e. installed an additional outlet and hardwired a ring doorbell through masonry). Would recommend you check them out, especially if you need an old General Pacific panel replaced or 50s/60s electrical brought up to code."

"Roger has done several things for us in the last couple of years including ceiling fan installation, replacement of wall switches, checking bad outlets, etc. He has always been reasonably priced. He is honest and doesn't try to upsell you. I have always been pleased with his work, timeliness, efficiency and price. Recently our breakers blew a few times for no known reason and our oven and microwave went out. We called Roger to check the breakers and he worked us in the same day. Apparently, my husband just didn't properly reset them, which is why the oven and microwave would not work. Roger suggested if we kept having problems that due to the age of the house, we might want to consider replacing some of the breakers. A little embarrassed, I had him inspect the current electrical hookup of my oven while he was here since we intend to replace it with a double. As I pulled out my checkbook to pay for the service call, he told me not to worry about it, that it was no charge! We of course will continue to use him."

"Johnnie and Kyle were lifesavers, literally! Our heater kept tripping the breaker and when my husband flipped the switch back on, sparks flew. Our home is new to us, but was built in the 70s, we were unaware of how bad the electrical wiring was, the Inspector, for some reason, didn't catch it when we bought the house. There was an older breaker box inside my husband's closet also, the wiring inside was a jumbled mess and had several burned areas. We were extremely lucky our house hadn't already burned down. Johnnie and Kyle worked way late into the night having to basically rewire everything. They took extra care in making sure our house was safe for us. We also had concerns over the cost, this was not the best time financially for us, but we were pleasantly surprised with what they charged us. Both men were extremely polite, friendly and considerate of our needs. We will be calling Jade Electrical for all of our electrical needs from now on and referring them to everyone we know."

"I had an electrical outlet installed on my brick fireplace so I could hang my TV up. I was quoted from another company $600 and would have the outlet box exposed from the brick. I used Enoch and it done for $150. Plug looks great! I'll use Enoch anytime I need electric work done."

FAQs for electrical for home addition or remodel installation projects in Flower Mound, TX

Because installing coax outlets involves working around existing electrical wiring and confirming proper grounding, many homeowners prefer to hire a licensed electrician. A professional completes the work safely, secures the line behind the wall, and ensures the installation meets local code, which reduces the risk of damage or future repairs.

You still need a coaxial outlet for most cable-based internet services. The modem draws its signal from a cable line that terminates at a dedicated wall jack. Once the modem is online, your Wi-Fi router can broadcast the signal throughout the home, so the outlet’s location doesn’t affect wireless performance. If an existing jack is damaged or in an inconvenient spot, an electrician can move it or install a new one to maintain a strong, reliable connection.

Coaxial cable loses signal strength the farther it runs. A 50-foot length introduces noticeable loss, and a 100-foot stretch can drop the signal by roughly 30%. A weaker signal can result in a fuzzy picture or slower internet speeds. To maintain high performance, limit cable length whenever possible, select the correct cable grade, and route it efficiently. If your layout demands an exceptionally long run, an electrician can install an inline amplifier to boost the signal and maintain picture or data quality.
