He got his cool 3D design to me and worked with me on final design. His staff was great, kept the area clean each night and created the yard I now love. Included taking down a large tree, installing new front walkway, new stone edging and adding to the backyard patio. We wanted an easy to maintain yard so we have rocks versus grass to cut. Love the recommendations in plants. Realize that due to covid and the Feb 2021 freeze, things happened slower than expected but wow! Love the results! "The finished product was beautiful! It was done very professionally. Mike has lots of experience installing and renovating, especially in renovating bathrooms and showers. My only advice would be for the client to 1) FIRST, get a sample of the tile you want to use for your shower stall. Bring it into your bathroom and make sure it looks in THAT light the way you want it to. (At the store, the lighting can make the colors of tiles appear a bit different than they will look in your bathroom at home.) 2) Assume that renovating a bathroom and/or shower will be a major renovation! Remove virtually EVERYTHING from the room and the adjacent room(s), and what is too huge to move, cover with plastic or cloth drop cloths. Renovations, no matter how "limited" are big, often complex, usually messy/dusty jobs and it is up to the client to clear away as much furniture, clothing, art objects, etc. for the workmen as possible and to cover and protect floors, carpets, etc. Also, leave a nice, open, clear path for the workmen in your house and with access to your garage. They work quickly. They don't have time to do a lot of moving of things...that is up to you. Agree upon what is YOUR responsibility and what is theirs beforehand. The workmen are honest, prompt and professional. The results will be terrific. I also recommend using the reasonably priced "Floor and Decor" for your renovations. Again, just make sure you take home a couple of samples of tiles and/or flooring so you can see how they look in YOUR home with YOUR lighting! Mike Thompson gave me a great price on excellent work. I highly recommend Mike Thompson and "Bath Time Renovations". He is a very experienced professional."

"Fantastic! Patrick Pearson, our salesman, showed us several types of roofing that he recommended, and we chose a DaVinci roof, which was beautiful. The work was completed in 3.5 days without a glitch. Patrick has a dedicated crew of 8, all of whom worked very hard and very well together. (The same crew has been with Patrick for 8 years.) They also assigned a quality control person who regularly checked with us and kept a close eye on the work. The result is amazing! My husband and I agree that we've NEVER had such great customer service. During the work, a couple of people came by to get Patrick's contact information; one of them said they had been watching how well the crew worked together and were very impressed."

"BEWARE ? DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON. Many of the reviews here appear to be fake. He came to my home claiming to perform ?maintenance? but did not inspect anything. Instead, he focused entirely on aggressive sales pitches for unnecessary work. When I declined all his offers and clearly stated that my garage door was in good condition, his behavior changed. He began intentionally tampering with the door, pulling on the cables and kicking the safety sensor to make it appear loose. Despite my objection and asking him not to touch the door that way, he continued. He then asked me to step away to get water, and during that time he removed the spring wire from the top, which resulted in my garage door being severely damaged and inoperable. Since then, I have repeatedly called and texted him with no response whatsoever. This was reckless, unprofessional, and caused direct damage to my property. I strongly warn others to stay away."
