"They told me they weren't gonna do a credit report and they did. They brought my credit and they promised me things. They didn't deliver arks. And it was emotional. I had some damage, they did not. They put on when. Do we wear things on the roof and then take them when they leave me? I think those were going to be put on. They rent my credit. They weren't supposed to do a credit check. I'm trying to and I asked him if they did and they said it would not affect my credit and it did. I gave them a down payment and was supposed to pay the rent the following day. And, when they came to do the job, they kept hounding me that morning when I had money and they had not even started a job yet. Plus. My dog. I was done, in bad health, getting ready to pass and I explained that to them and they still kept bothering me."

"In November 2024 we hired a handyman connection from anguish list to correct and stabilize our 380-foot square foot, second-story deck. Prepare the stairway leading up to the deck and install a drainage system underneath the deck to keep the patio below. The deck was dry, and the timeline we were given was four days. It has been six months now. Communication was non-existent/. We got texts that they were coming to work but they did not show up or let us know what was going on. The biggest problem with the project was the drainage system. It was improperly installed. Attempts were made to correct the problems but none were successful. Some areas have no way to drain. The trough that holds the water just holds it. Most of what they install leaks due to improper installation. We do not believe this company has the expertise to complete this project to our satisfaction. To fix the drainage system, the decking will need to be removed again, a new trough installed, and the drainage system completed areas with no drainage need drainage installed. The decking will need to be replaced. We do not believe this company has the expertise to complete this precut to our satisfaction. We do not want to pay our final payment of 4900 and we want to release the handyman connection from the project so that we can hire somebody else. "

He showed up when he said he would and was efficient, meticulous and quick in getting the jobs complete. He never ask for payment until job was finished and even then, he done a walk through. During the walk through he was thorough in finishing last minute tasks even changing light bulbs for us! We will definitely use Jason again!"
