My wife and I are so pleased with the result. He replaced rotting boards, sanded and caulked, masked, and painted our trim, shutters, door, and shakes. As a comparison, we had our house painted a few years ago by another company and the quality of the workmanship by Keenan is far superior. I wish I had “before” pictures. Skim coated entire ceiling to blend in and painted. Attentive to detail. Should have called them years ago. They were very professional and charged a fair price for the work involved.
