"Received a quote from a salesman at APS. Once we signed the contract and scheduled a day for the work to be done, we were "ghosted" by the salesman. I had emailed with questions about the job and no one emailed me back. After a week or two I contacted the company (APS) and was told the salesman had not shown back up for work, but no one at APS had bothered to let me know what was going on. I was told that if we wanted to cancel our contract, we would receive a refund. After many weeks, we received a check for only 1/2 of our deposit. I couldn't believe that under circumstances, beyond our control, APS would not try to make it right and issue a full refund for our deposit. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the horrible service I received from APS."

"Earl and his crew are fantastic. They worked with use to pick the best start date and were here right on time. The old drive was in bad shape due to a huge tree root that was still there. They removed the root and asphalt and prepared the drive for the concrete in one day. The second day they did the framing. On the third day they poured and smoothed the concrete. It looks amazing! Earl also gave us helpful tips to ensure the driveway doesn't crack. If we ever need anymore concrete work, we WILL call Coolbreeze!"

"Jan 2012 they completed an extensive paver patio, pergola and outdoor kitchen. Looked great but looks can be deceiving. Things started falling in last year and since April I have been in touch with Brian to get it repaired. He had one excuse after another. Early July I texted and he said he was on vacation this week but would get back with me when he gets back. It's now September and no call. So I contacted someone else. Now it is done. It had to be completely rebuilt it was completely rotted. It was questionable if they even used treated lumber. I don't think they sealed anything with the amount of water damage that made the thing start to collapse. Very poor construction. The company that rebuilt it did an awesome job and it will last longer then I'll be around. I DO NOT recommend B&C Nursery for anything. They also did alot of landscaping for us. One tree they put in next to the house they said won't get taller then 10 feet. Not true at all and other plants were not appropriate for the location they put them and are constantly struggling. Terrible customer service"
