Customers say: Super punctual

"Jessica was amazing and helpful. Derek came out and gave the quote and was knowledgeable and answered questions with ease. David and his team showed up in the cold and worked diligently through the day and had the fence up and looking gorgeous in one single day. I am so very satisfied with the company, the people that performed every aspect of the job and with my new privacy fence and with the cost of the job. 10 out of 10!"

"Shane was supposed to just repair our deck but when he got into the wood he found so much rotten wood that he had to tear the whole thing down and start over. We decided to change the footprint and enlarge the deck, use marine grade wood and Trix. Through all these changes and adjustments Shane was so professional and knew exactly what he was doing. We love our new safe and beautiful deck. What a craftsman! Will use again and highly recommend him."

"Creative Scape did a tremendous job. The gentleman who installed my brick pavers for a platform in the front and back of my deck did an excellent job. They also installed a drainage system from my front downspout to the back. They were very professional and very courteous. They also laid sod and transformed my yard into a beautiful area. I want to thank Ken from Creative Scape and the guy who did the work. A big thank you, and I will use them again."

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in Foley, AL

Financial responsibility depends on where the fence sits. If it’s clearly inside your lot, you foot the bill. When it’s right on the property line, state laws—California and Illinois are two examples—usually require both neighbors to split repair costs equally unless you agree otherwise. Check your local rules before scheduling work so you know exactly what you’re on the hook for.

Start by walking the fence line and noting every issue—loose boards, leaning posts, cracked panels. Next, gather at least three quotes from licensed contractors, comparing experience, warranties, and costs. Once you pick a pro, they’ll secure materials, reset posts, and fix or replace damaged sections. A thorough inspection and a qualified contractor keep the fence safe and extend its life.

Straightening a leaning fence costs an average of $200 to $400. A fencing pro will assess the damage, reset or replace the posts, and realign the panels so the fence stands upright again. Fixing the lean early on prevents further strain on framing and keeps the structure both sturdy and attractive.
