"OUTSTANDING!!! I would hire this time again. I have a very large house (4200 sq feet). The Team started at 0630 and finished at 1630. By looking at my yard you cannot tell that I had a roof replaced. None of my landscaping was damaged. All roofing debris and roofing nails were removed."

"Our roof replacement went great from the estimate to the completion. We called for an estimate, got it the same day. Scheduled the install date, and installers showed up on time and completed a rather tough roof replacement in one day! Workmanship and clean up was excellent. I would recommend Charleston Roofing and Exteriors in a heart beat. I've included pictures, but we live in the woods are are up off the ground, so it's really hard to get a great view."

"Quality of Work Outstanding‼️ Roof Installers & Staff were Professional & Great communication from start to finish..+ Competitive Prices"

"Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ideal Siding replaced our siding quickly and properly. The whole process—from the first conversation to the final walkthrough—was seamless. Highly recommend this team for their professionalism and solid work."

"Empire Roofing and Remodeling did such a wonderful job! Tim, the owner is very attentive to what you are looking for and made himself available continuously for any questions or concerns that I had. His crew is very courteous and hard-working. All debris was cleaned up after the job and the house looks amazing. I have recommended Empire Roofing and Remodeling to several family members and friends. I will definitely use him for my next remodeling project or roof replacement when that time comes"

"Two technicians scheduled for 8-10 am called at 9:30 and asked if okay to arrive early. Inside the condo (we are the middle of five units) they saw four water stains in a vertical line on the sunroom ceiling.  The units had a new roof 8 years ago, but that company is out of business.  Pioneer workers went onto the roof, and stayed approximately 45 minutes. Back on the ground, the owner showed photos taken on my roof, explained problems found, and described the repairs made. 1) The metal flashing across the top had dozens of nail heads that were loose, so they covered each nail with sealant.  2) Various shingles had been nailed in the wrong place allowing leaks over time, so each nail was covered with sealant.  The technician suggested that we monitor the water stains to determine that they do not get any larger, especially during winds and rain of each season.  A gentle pencil outline is the best way to monitor stain size changes.

"I waited a long time for them to set up an appointment for cleaning after they had my money. Gutters were cleaned by hand BUT when I asked if they were going to be flushed out with water I was told the remaining grit would be washed out by the rain..after some discussion they washed out half of them."

"I purchased a "deal" offered by Tru Roof in July. I emailed them after purchase to inquire about color samples and get the ball rolling on install. They were immediately in touch and dropped off the color boards for me to pick the shingle color. I selected the color, and Bennie came out to inspect my roof. I also inquired about gutters. After getting all the dimensions he told me my roof was larger than the allotted 2000sq. ft. and that additional payment would be required for the additional square footage and the slope of the roof line. I decided to pass on the install of gutters since my cost of the roof had now increased, but agreed on the additional payment and he scheduled me for install the first week of August. The install was pushed back by two weeks due to weather, other jobs he had going, and waiting for my shingles to arrive. When my shingles did arrive, they were the wrong color. Not the shingle I had asked for. Bennie called and asked if I would still take these shingles, and offered me a credit if I would. I asked if he would be willing to install the gutters in place of the credit, and he agreed.
His crew came out early on the morning of 8/16 and immediately began tearing the shingles off the roof. The worked fast and efficient, but were not quite as clean as I would prefer. They were unable to completely finish the job on Saturday and returned early Sunday morning to finish the last bit of install and to clean up. Bennie came out later that day to install the gutters. I talked through some of my concerns from the install - bent flashing, shingles that looked a bit pinched, etc.. And he said he would have someone come out and take care of that - They never did.
After installing the gutters he told me he did not have brackets in black to secure them, that he would have to order the brackets, and would be back out to install them - I followed up with him 3 times regarding the brackets, each time being told they were coming. They never came, and he never came back. He also said he would put a splash guard up on the back corner of the house - never happened. The worst part is the gutters leak - they leaked immediately after install, which I text and emailed him about - and thought would be addressed when he came out to put the brackets on to secure the gutters, but it has been 3 months and I have had zero follow up.
My roof looks great, and I am happy with the roof itself, but very disappointed in the gutters and the lack of follow-up and follow through. Should I need roofing care in the future, it will not be with this company.
