"Shawn and his crew were very willing to listen to and accommodate the many HOA requirements for the replacement of a condo patio fence. It was a relatively small job in the grand scheme of things yet they were willing to take it on. There were a few wood rot surprises encountered during the demo phase and those were repaired swiftly and economically. The crew was very efficient with the fence installation and clean up. The only evidence they left that they had been there was a beautiful and quality custom made fence. I would definitely recommend Shawn and Pride Fence for future fencing projects."

"If you're in the market for a new fence, look no further than Randy and his dedicated team! From the very first interaction, I was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. They provided a comprehensive quote for my black steel rod fence, outlining every detail with clarity, which set the stage for a seamless experience. What truly amazed me was their execution; they completed the installation in record time, without compromising on quality. It’s rare to find such a combination of speed and skill in today’s market. I was beyond satisfied with the final result, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone considering a fence upgrade. You won’t regret choosing Randy's team for your fencing needs."

"Iâ ve owned my home for 30 years and on occasion needed some electrician work done. Austin and Brady were the most efficient team Iâ ve hired for work like this. I had an entryway light on a sloped ceiling that was a story and half height changed out along with a dining room light and living room ceiling fan. They did all in less then 3 hours. Definitely will hire them again as I have more updates done to my home."

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in Fontana, KS

Financial responsibility depends on where the fence sits. If it’s clearly inside your lot, you foot the bill. When it’s right on the property line, state laws—California and Illinois are two examples—usually require both neighbors to split repair costs equally unless you agree otherwise. Check your local rules before scheduling work so you know exactly what you’re on the hook for.

Start by walking the fence line and noting every issue—loose boards, leaning posts, cracked panels. Next, gather at least three quotes from licensed contractors, comparing experience, warranties, and costs. Once you pick a pro, they’ll secure materials, reset posts, and fix or replace damaged sections. A thorough inspection and a qualified contractor keep the fence safe and extend its life.

Straightening a leaning fence costs an average of $200 to $400. A fencing pro will assess the damage, reset or replace the posts, and realign the panels so the fence stands upright again. Fixing the lean early on prevents further strain on framing and keeps the structure both sturdy and attractive.
