"I feel SO lucky that I was able to find Julio. It was really important for my husband and I to find somebody trustworthy because we had a LOT of work needed in our house. We interviewed 2 different contractors, and for each one, I asked the exact same questions about the renovations to see how their responses change. Julio was by far the most honest and knowledgeable. There are contractors who say they can do anything, but DONT BELIEVE THEM. That's when you end up in situations where budgets get out of control, and worse, you have a sub-par product. I found Julio’s price to be very reasonable for the experience and work that she produces. Julio’s team were always on time, and very respectful. They kept the area very clean. Julio was always very great about being fully transparent, offering us other options (that won't need money, or a expensive vs inexpensive options) so that we felt like we had a choice. Julio really truly cares for all of his customers, his always stops in to check the work to make sure that they are up to His standards, even if to me, it's not a big deal. He has been working at our home for the last 9 months, and I feel like he is now one of my friends because of the care he gives me and the trust I have in him. He stripped my tub of a previous tub painting we had, then told us we didnt need re-glazing. He sanded and buffed then re-caulked it! Saved me money and it looks great!
