We came to an agreement. When the crew came, the arborist wasn't there (later found out she'd left and moved north). What followed was back and forth, but after a few months they sent out the crew to remedy the missing work. They did a great job and I was very glad. The stump gave them a little trouble do to the battery dying on the grinder but they got it back started and removed the stump. They cleaned the yard and were gone.
