"Enrique doggedly pursued me for this sidewalk repair job, promising it would be done excellently and fairly priced. He was right on both accounts! I personally sat outside and watched he and his team breakdown my already broken sidewalk and load the old, heavy cement pieces into their truck (BTW they clean up behind themselves meticulously). Once the cement was poured, they smoothed it for over an hour, drew lines that matched up perfectly with the existing sidewalk on either side of my house, and used levelers to ensure consistent dimensions. The level of detail they exhibited was impressive. The busy pedestrian traffic that passes on my Bronx, NY block will no longer be a source of anxiety. If anyone trips and falls from now on, it’ll be due to their own clumsiness, not due to my crumbling sidewalk. Give Enrique construction a call - you won’t regret it!"

"After much research and conversations with multiple contractors thankfully we ended up hiring AEC. Their communication throughout the preliminary process was superior to all of their competitors. They took the time to listen to our project needs and recommended the best course of action working with our budget. They used top of the line paints and skilled craftsmen on our job. The AEC supervisors were present at all times ensuring that everyone involved was meeting their high standards. At times even addressing minor things that were outside the scope of the job which we really appreciated. Attention to detail was key and they lived up to it. Besides the pristine paint job, we were very thankful for how delicately they handled our furniture and the great condition they left our floors in. Everything was covered and taped to ensure minimal cleanup at the end. Once the job was done we got to do a final inspection walkthrough with the supervisors. Weâ ve tried many contractors over the years and that type of attention to detail is rarely met so we were pleasantly surprised. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with AECâ s work and highly recommend them. We will definitely be returning should we need to remodel or update our new home. Thanks AEC"

"I called yesterday and they did the work early today. When I called, the woman who arranged the appointment was pleasant and helpful. The workers who came were friendly and careful when removing the items. I did one other cost-estimate comparison and the price for this service seemed very fair! I would definitely hire them again because the whole process was very quick and easy!"

"Had the best experience ever using sharp cutters as my concrete cutter."

"Excellent, on time. Quick AND careful. Price was as quoted. No attempt to change price.
The very skilled workers even avoided hitting a wash line that should
have been in the way when lowering down the large dead limbs. Very
polite and respectful, yet also showed a little humor as well -
excellent combination. They even used the roof top and fire escape to
trim and tastefully sculpt some distant limb tips with an extended hand
saw.
I will use them again."
