"BEWARE - THEY KEEP $1,200 DEPOSIT IF THEY CAN'T DO THEIR JOB!!! Upper management doesn't care about customers! A star each for salesman Ron & construction crew since they were great. They tried to put in a window, after removing bushes, cutting multiples holes in finished basement & drilling through foundation, discovered after digging down 4 feet, there was significant water against the foundation. They recommended not completing the job since the water could create issues. We had just bought this house. No outside water leaks, just clay soil holding a lot of water. After agreeing they shouldn't complete installation, I was told they'd be keeping the $1,200 deposit. I argued it wasn't my fault they couldn't do it & was willing to split the difference but was told they had to cover themselves for a loss of revenue. Clearly only caring about their bottom line and not the customer, especially in a unique situation. My wife called again to complain & they sent us a $300 visa gift card."
