"He has been coming every two weeks to clean up our very overgrown front and back yards (we have an acre) plus doing the regular maintenance.  Always lets me know in advance when to expect him, he is always on time. "His guys ran out of materials I had purchased for underlayment and tried to tell me the cheap stuff they were finishing up with was better it was not.  Then I caught one of the workers installing roof with out any underlayment.  I had my son in law look after they left that day.  They ran out of my roofing materials did not measure correctly.  The guys were late, messed up my gutters in tear off.  Owners main experienced roofer had taken a fall; left the other inexperienced guys in charge.  I had to keep watching what they were doing to be sure things were corrected.  Owner did make them tear off the roof part with no underlayment and he had to put on 40 year comp on last 3 rows and top ridge.  He adjusted price for some extra smoothing down work they did on bumpy areas prior to roof install and to be fair he then not charge for that.  Very stressful experience. However I do have a good roof due to materials. <br />"
