"They didn't show the day they were supposed too. He changed the price in the middle of the job. He apologized for not letting me know he couldn't start the job on the day scheduled. I didn't pay him the extra only what he quoted and I explained to him why. He apologized for the things I explained to him and we parted on a good note."

Not until I finally went to his business address that I finally get him to show up at the house and start the project. In my opinion the work completed was amateur at best. The wall is not straight and bows in the middle."

"Started out great with 6 inch gutter install and house painting. Missed painting the entire chimney and some siding repair. He got some new projects and needed to get outside help. Was paid by me but never returned to finish the job. Said to me that he asked his "foreman" to get over to finish the job but that never happened. Didn't even know he had a "foreman" because he did all my work himself. Stopped responding to me after multiple attempts to reach him. He was good until I wasn't important any longer. Shame because I had more work if he'd handled this better."
