"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Ron did a fabulous job! He replaced a problem floor. There was rotted joists that had to be replaced. I now feel confident walking on the floor. He also installed a new storm door for us. And his work quality is phenomenal. We will be calling him for other projects."

"Mr Fix It did a great job finishing a couple simple repairs that I could not do myself since I live out of State. When you manage properly from 3 States away, you need a good Handyman to take care of your tenants needs."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, my encounter with Lifemark was handled professionally and efficiently. Options were presented to me in the decision making process and realistic expectations were provided. The construction team treated my home with respect and went about their work in an organized and efficient manner. An extra person was sent to accomplish my project ahead of schedule. I was contacted after the installation to make sure it met with my expectations, and a follow-up visit was made to fine-tune the smallest detail to my satisfaction. Lifemark was not the lowest bidder for my project, but I had confidence in the quality and reputation of their work that I believe will serve me well for years to come and bring value to my property. I only wish I had decided to do the tub-to-walkin shower conversion sooner."
