He took the time to listen to my concerns, knew that I wanted something that would be minimal maintenance, sturdy enough for my two big dogs, etc. He actually listened to me and created it! He was very patient with my questions, even came back out again to walk me through what we decided to do (after some more back and forth), was responsive to my calls, etc. <br> <br>Unfortunately the design was a bit over my immediate budget so we decided to split the project in two so the crew did half of the work now (pulling up mulch, black fabric, trimming bushes, cutting back bushes, laying river rock & pavers) and we'll do the planting later this summer. When the crew accidentally split my in-ground sprinkler line Chris (owner) called me quickly and had it fixed next day. They are also replacing some of the grass they had to tear up with more sod once the rains let up. <br> <br>Everyone I've talked to and worked with at the company has been extremely nice and very customer service oriented. "Needed new landscaping, old bushes were overgrown and out of control, plus there were drainage issues caused by a cement patio that had shifted.  Mike and Cindi came over a couple of times and came up with a great, detailed plan.  Workers were all very responsible. Patio work was beautifully done plus they came up with a creative solution to prevent future problems. There were a some glitches along the way...our internet line was accidentally cut but they covered the repair bill with no hassle. Some of the plantings/bushes did not survive the winter but they are in the process of replacing those as well.  Pricing may be a little higher than some but the quality of service was very much worth it to us. <br />"

"It turns out that Landscape Designs, Inc., does not do designs. They do not deal with plants at all, only hardscape. They expected me to already have a design and to know specifically what hardscape I wanted them to build. Curtis said that there must have been some misunderstanding when I talked to the representative on the phone. He expected me to have a specific retaining wall that I wanted to build. When I asked him about improving the drainage around the driveway, his recommendation was that I replace the entire driveway. I feel that they misrepresented themselves and was disappointed by the meeting with Curtis."
