"We hired Tri State Concrete to remove and redesign an old driveway, patio, walkway and stoop. From start to finish, Omar and his crew worked above and beyond to ensure we loved our concrete. They show up when scheduled, and contacted us if they were running late. His crew is professional, friendly and never seemed flustered with my last minute changes. The driveway and two walkways were poured three years ago, and there's not even a hairline crack. Probably because they take time to get the underlayment of rock and rebar correct. The recent work removing an ugly driveway and pouring a lovely cottage walkway is superior. Omar even comes out after a few weeks to check the finished product. Their pricing and professionalism is unmatched. We will always use Omar and highly recommend Tri State Concrete."

"Project was under estimated due to not evaluating the weight and thickness of existing pad. Subcontractor (uncle) with heavier proper equipment did a good job of demolition. Stamped concrete pad turned out just great. Cleanup and debris removal was incomplete even after five days and two additional telephone calls. Owner finished setting and securing roof support posts in new concrete pad, hauling some additional debris away and backfilling walk and pad edges with clean dirt. I would use them again but not submit final pay until project was inspected and found complete."

"Dekota , is doing a great job and very honest . I plan on hiring him again. Update as of 3.24.2021: Would like the job finished."

"I could not be more pleased with my new driveway! Cesar and his crew were professional and courteous. They worked above and beyond to finish my driveway, while dealing with inclement weather. On one day working 13 hours to beat the coming rain. I have received nothing but positive comments from friends and neighbors. I highly recommend Cesar and DevMax to anyone looking for a great concrete guy!! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The concrete turned out very nice. He worked with us and gave us what we asked for."

"The workmen were very efficient, friendly and professional. They removed our old patio and poured a new one on the same day. The next morning a finishing crew came to cut the concrete and viola the job was done. The work looks fantastic and they really poured a great looking patio."
