"Made arrangements on Friday to cut my lawn on Monday. Messaged them when it started getting later in the afternoon and they hadnâ t shown up. Hours later they respond that they need to reschedule with no apology or anything. Terrible customer service skills and would not recommend them."

"The guy seemed really nice however full transparency. I booked the service, he came out but he only worked for 10-15 minutes and he came to the door and he said you don't have the pay because he has an emergency and we'll reschedule. And a week goes and he supposed to come back out with his team and he texts again says that he don't have a team and if he's gonna need to reschedule so we rescheduled again for the 3rd time and when the date comes and I messaged him but he didn't respond. "
