We scheduled with Ortex to come out and treat our mouse and spider (black widows were making their homes in our garage) problem. The first visit was scheduled, and the exterminator spent an hour trying to find our house with no success (new house is not on google maps yet), so we rescheduled. Second visit, he showed up on time and set out the bait. A month later we put another trap up and caught ANOTHER mouse, so we called them back, they showed up right away and put out a lot more bait.
