While the installation was being performed there were weather delays, and I was kept updated on when the work was going to be resumed. The work team was friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the tasks at hand and always notified me when they arrived for work and when they were getting ready to depart. "On the 12th of March (2019) Fichtner Services came out to perform a gutter cleaning and tune up at my house, and did an outstanding job from start to finish. A crew of two members came out to perform the service, and were very thorough. I was amazed at how much dirt and debris accumulated in some of my gutters in a little over a year, even with gutter guards. There was one section in the back of my house (behind my garage), where it looked like someone took a flower pot and dumped wet potting soil into my gutters... :-) All gone now... What I also appreciate is the tune up that was performed. The crew discovered many of the gutters had little to no caulking and they addressed it all. They even addressed an issue I had at the back of my house (same spot I mentioned earlier, but where the garage section meets the main part of the house in the rear), which was a small gap between the gutter and the vinyl siding which- over the years- let water drip down on the ground, eventually creating a fairly deep hole in the near my foundation which I only discovered (and repaired) very recently. As for the gap above, the crew went above and beyond and installed kick flashing and caulked it well to ensure that the gap is no longer there. I'm so grateful to have a reputable home contractor like Fichtner Services in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Two years ago they gave me an amazing new roof, and have performed two gutter cleanings since then, including this one. If you're like me and don't like to climb ladders to get onto the roof to clean and tune up your gutters, just give Fichtner a call (or just give them a call anyway, even if you do like to climb ladders). They have an outstanding work ethic, and that is something you will see from the customer representative at the main office, to the crews who service your home. It gives you peace of mind. "Of the three estimates I received, Glen Burnie Roofing was the best. Word of mouth in my area, coupled with the ratings I found on Angieslist sold me. I had heard that they can be hard to book since the are so in demand. I waited about 3 weeks for the job to get done, which was a little less than the time they told me before I signed the contract. The team was very professional and worked extremely hard to finish my rather large, multi-leveled roof in a day. They installed a "chimney" to replace the ungly old metal one. It has a brick facade and greatly exceeded my expectations. On other thing stood out. I had a loose piece of siding that was starting to flap in the wind and, without saying a word before or afterwards, Mike fixed it for me. "The service went well. HF Contracting, Inc. worked hard into the night to complete my roof installation. Mr. Flores was easy to work with. While my job was small in comparison to many others, it was treated with the same respect and quality as if it were a much bigger job."

"A roof leak was discovered in August, made several calls to roofers only to be told they either were only doing repairs for existing customers or not at all, finally found Welsh through friends. Welsh came out the next day to assess the leak and recommended a stop gap repair until the roof could be replaced. The repair was done quickly. There were no signs of it leaking after the repair. The roof was replaced by Welsh as soon as they had an opening 2 months later. We got several other estimates that were much higher for the exact same shingles and scheduling further out. The work was all done in one day, we had a Certainteed shingle system installed. It looks good and we no longer hear the rain on the roof and there are no signs of leaking. Not being roof experts, we can't know for sure about the quality but there are lots of warranties from both Welsh and Certainteed. Overall, it was a good experience. The company is very busy and having some office support would help with communication."
