"The 2 techs first showed up after my dryer had died and cleaned the vents (inside - out and also from outside-in) as much as they could but said they needed me to have an operating dryer so that they could make sure everything was pushed out the side vent and airflow was good. They were very knowledgeable and honest which I appreciate when hiring any company without a first hand recommendation from my own friends/relatives first. They rescheduled a follow up appointment after my new dryer was delivered and were here the same morning and finished the cleaning and confirmed that everything was cleaned and working as it should now. I'll definitely hire them again next year and try to keep up an annual cleaning so it doesn't get so clogged next time. Highly recommended."

"Sara and Larry did an excellent job. This was my first time using a cleaning service and I was very concerned about having it done during the current Corona Virus Pandemic. I was relieved when Sara informed me they wear masks, gloves and shoe covers the entire time they're cleaning. I stayed in the apartment (at a distance of course) and they kept masks, gloves and shoe covers on during the two hours they were in my apartment. He did same with a large almost floor to ceiling living room window (inside only) but removed layers of accumulated dirt along window frame.
