As new homeowners of a 15 yr old home, we had much to do to upgrade our outdoor areas. Little did we know the vast experience and knowledge that Cisco possessed. In a short and efficient period of time, we collaborated with Cisco, who, through him and his exceptional teams, created an outdoor space far beyond our expectations. He completed the demolition of a metal fence and concrete stair walkway and installed an expansive private stucco wall, extended the existing paver patio, and added a 30' x 12' putting green. In addition, he designed and installed a professional landscape lighting system. He and his team arrived on time every day, worked very hard, stayed on budget, and completed the job in less than 90 days from contract signing to completion. Truly remarkable!! "First impressions is key for us and we knew right off the bat David would be someone great to work with. We had our existing pool reimagined (which was a feat in itself because come to find out there was 2 layers of concrete to drill through) and we had our patio redone to combat drainage issues. We had pavers installed, a French drain installed, rebuilt a pony wall and replaced two wood pillars and replaced with brick. David communicated with us every step of the way on the daily. He also had great design ideas. Heâ s very easy to work with. We had a couple of changes that he took in stride. :). I have to address his team as well. His team is amazing. They showed up every day on time and worked very hard to get the project done ahead of schedule. They were very professional and polite. . David and the team went above and beyond on our project and we couldnâ t be happier. So much so we added more to our project. I feel David and his team are like family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hacienda Pool and Outdoors for all your pool and Landscaping needs . We will definitely be calling them to pave my driveway.ð"

He made a special trip out on Sunday to provide an estimate. He verified the area to be covered, the pattern selection and how we wanted the border. Then provided us a total price for the job.  He was booked for the current week but was available the following week. Provided info on picking out paver selection. Upon agreement on the job, he asked for 1/2 down on the job and the other 1/2 of payment at completion.

After reviewing choices, we contacted him with our choice on Monday. He called backed a hour later saying that if we wanted that choice we would have to wait 2 weeks due to the pavers not being in stock anywhere in town. He offered other choices, but the price might increase depending on make and choice. We made a second choice instead of waiting. He called back later indicating that the pavers were available and set up a delivery time for Wednesday with the workers showing up the next day to start.

He and the workers showed up on time the next morning and confirmed the area to be covered and immediately began work.  The workers were all nice and hardworking. The foreman and lead worker were very nice and spoke very good English. Easy to communicate with them. Though there was not a lot of communication. They knew what to do and went right to work.

They were done in about 6 hours including taking a lunch break. They did a great job cleaning up and made it look great. They waited for me to inspect the work and give my approval before they left.

Mike indicated that the brick colors may change over time. The initial colors match what we picked out. Some color change will not affect matching with other colors in the back yard.

The job looks really great . It makes the patio consistent and makes it look much bigger than before.

We are very happy with the job that was done and would use them again.  One thing that was extremely great was that they were easy to contact and got an immediate response. Provided feedback on the paver choices very quickly to be able to start the job within our timeframe.
