I gave him arborists instructions on how to trim and to not use a mechanical trimmer. He then proceeded to ignore the instructions and used a mechanical gas powered trimmer and ruined my hedge. The companys owner refused to call back. I would not recommend. Pretty bad to treat customers that way."
