"The whole process was very easy; after calling to schedule, they were actually able to come out the next day since they were in the area. The staff was very professional and took care to not damage some fragile beds and plantings. Two of the trees were very close to the fenceline, and everything was taken down expertly. One tree was a very large dead tree and it also was taken down skillfully. Everything was cleaned up very neatly; we had asked if they could also take a brush pile, which they did. "Frank came out the day I called and provided an on the spot estimate in less than 10 minutes. His estimate was significantly less than another I received so I accepted his offer. His crew of 4 came out the next day and spent over 2 hours trimming four 30 foot trees and a half dozen 10-15 foot trees.
