"XtraCare staff both those who provided design and oversight (Angela and Brian) as well as the crew that implemented the project were fabulous. Angela provided several design options for new plantings of shrubs, trees and flowers in our backyard, and was very receptive to ideas we offered. Brian was on the scene at the beginning and at critical times during the project and then visited the following week to ensure all was well. He offered tips for ongoing maintenance and rolled up his sleeves to do a few little extras. The crew was hard working, pleasant , and careful to implement the work according to plan. We have used XtraCare's services for nearly six years now and are always satisfied."

"I was amazed that Bryron the son called me the same day of my inquiry which happened over a holiday weekend. The workers could not have been so fast, cheerful and polite on a very hot day than any other company I worked with. Our yard had been neglected we had trees and shrubs hanging over the gutters and stubborn weeds. Now I really feel proud of our lawn when I wave to the neighbors because not only was the greenery trimmed but they made each bush and tree like shrub in a perfect manicured shape. The price is reasonable and I would hire them again for bigger jobs in the future. In glad the other company I used to work with did not get back to me. These are pros."

"Scheduled maintenance lawn care is done on time and professionally. When we request a particular project to be done Natural Element's is always responsive, and does a terrific job. Always on time, caring about how we want the finished result to be, and very knowledgeable about lawn and garden care and maintenance. Our yard and garden look great. Shane and his crew know how to bring out the best in a garden and yard."

"When I emailed Pro Arbor, they contacted me by phone within a few hours and scheduled their arborist, Adam, to come the next business day. Adam arrived a few minutes early, which was wonderful, and looked carefully at each of our three large trees in the front yard. He then explained the issues with each tree and made suggestions for each one for now and for the future. He arranged to do the work two days later. Adam himself showed up with the crew right on time on the service day, and he introduced me to all of the crew members. The guys worked quickly and carefully, and when they were done, they showed me exactly what they'd done to each tree and what we should think about next time they come. When the invoice came, it didn't reflect a discount I'd purchased via Angie's list, but Alice fixed the problem within hours. Their emails, telephone calls, and in-person contacts were among the most professional I've ever encountered with home-services providers. I will definitely be calling them in a few years to trim our trees again. Working with them was simply a terrific experience.

"Redesign from grass to boulders and decorative plants: Ibi and crew came and removed all of the front yard plants, mostly grass and a few accent evergreens. It was a total overhaul. His staff spent 2 days removing plants in place plus roots and soil. Boulders came next. Watching his staff work was a pleasure. He was here every day to oversee that it was done to his requirements. It looked fabulous when completed. However, in a month we had a major problem - nutsedge. It did not happen immediately, but it was killed and removed by his staff. He also added some plants for ground cover and replaced one plant's loss. We experienced a few problems but like the professional he is, Ibi resolved each one as it occurred - lights, nutsedge, and dead plants. He replaced and addressed all of our problems. Definitely would use his company again."

"I used a large lawn maintenance company for several years. I changed because they literally ran while weed whacking around the yard. Twice, not once, but twice a worker weed whacked a flower bed even though edging stones were visible. Just Aeration is a small company, which does its work with care and pride. I have used them for several years now, and I would recommend them. I planted clover in my front yard because the space is shady, and Just Aeration is careful not to apply weed killer there. They show up when needed. Good company. They also blew the fall leaves to the street. Again, good job."

"Tom was flexible to deal with any issues which arose on the job site. They were professional, courtesy, and ensured that we were 100% satisfied with the cleanup and removal before the job was finished."

"CSI was flexible and was able to schedule a home inspector the day after I got a bid accepted on a house. The inspector, Patrick, showed up on time and the inspection took about 4 hours. Patrick was responsive to any questions I had by email or live during the inspection. My one recommendation is that I requested a pest, mold, radon, and home inspection. It would be a better heads up if they explained that they sometimes outsource the radon inspection depending on availability of radon inspectors. Also, they can explain a bit more for new home buyers what is involved with a mold inspection. Patrick ended up just eyeing whether he spotted any mold. Because he did not see any mold, we did not have to pay extra for mold samples."

"They came and they did an excellent job for me. They are very professional and very personable and very quick and the work was done and I was very satisfied with the result."

"They were amazing.  Fast, efficient, and careful. We have, unfortunately, seen a lot of trees taken down in our neighborhood.  We have not seen anybody do it as well as the group from Family Tree Experts.
