"I was amazed that Bryron the son called me the same day of my inquiry which happened over a holiday weekend. The workers could not have been so fast, cheerful and polite on a very hot day than any other company I worked with. Our yard had been neglected we had trees and shrubs hanging over the gutters and stubborn weeds. Now I really feel proud of our lawn when I wave to the neighbors because not only was the greenery trimmed but they made each bush and tree like shrub in a perfect manicured shape. "When they did the edges, I didn’t want them to put the bricks there. I wanted them to put a trench to separate where the grass started and the flower bed. I asked them to do it because I wanted it to look more professional and not like something crazy I did that wasn’t straight. It looks very crooked like something I would have done. The front they did well. I told him and he came back out and let him off the hook. He acknowledgeable that he could have done a better job. They didn’t’ put the extensions on the down spout far enough. So now I need to re-dig and make them lower or add more top soil above. They didn’t do a professional job as I would have liked. They were supposed to spray and a couple of days later I noticed that none of the vegetation was dying. I called back and they acknowledge it and came back out. They were responsive.    I tried to use them again but they were not responsive."

"They were okay. The guys who actually climbed the trees, they knew what they were doing. The boss was there, he didn't really get it as well as the people who actually did the work so it was much better when the boss left. I think they did a good job. I would use them again but it's just that there are so many other people competing to do this, it's just like you have to turn people away all the time."

"I have hired Tom Stokes to remove 3 mature trees and grind down its stumps plus grind down two additional large stumps, to haul away logs and branches. His crew of about 7 arrived, as agreed, promptly at 9 am. They set out to protect the path for the Bobcat and other heavy-duty machines to drive over the grassy lawn to the back of the house. This has proven to be a very much appreciated precaution, as there was no damage done to the lawn. Tom and another man cutting the trees are both very skilled and knowledgeable in removing the limbs, tree trunks, and stumps in such a way that no damage to existing plants and shrubs would occur. The entire crew worked from 9 am till about 2 pm and a couple of men stayed a bit longer and finished the stump grinding. In the end, the site of work was properly cleaned up, and it was left looking better than it was before. I highly recommend Tom Stokes for any tree removal needs you might have. He offers a high-quality service at a very reasonable price. He is very accommodating in scheduling the work and he is punctual. The back and forth communication is open and satisfactory. He is insured and operates with good machinery and tools. Tom and his crew did an excellent job for me. I would hire him again in a snap."

"CSI was flexible and was able to schedule a home inspector the day after I got a bid accepted on a house. The inspector, Patrick, showed up on time and the inspection took about 4 hours. Patrick was responsive to any questions I had by email or live during the inspection. My one recommendation is that I requested a pest, mold, radon, and home inspection. It would be a better heads up if they explained that they sometimes outsource the radon inspection depending on availability of radon inspectors. Also, they can explain a bit more for new home buyers what is involved with a mold inspection. Patrick ended up just eyeing whether he spotted any mold. Because he did not see any mold, we did not have to pay extra for mold samples."

Some of the trees that we had were very dangerous, very close to our home & leaning over our home. He was able to remove them safely & efficiently.
