Angela provided several design options for new plantings of shrubs, trees and flowers in our backyard, and was very receptive to ideas we offered. Brian was on the scene at the beginning and at critical times during the project and then visited the following week to ensure all was well. He offered tips for ongoing maintenance and rolled up his sleeves to do a few little extras. The crew was hard working, pleasant , and careful to implement the work according to plan. We have used XtraCare's services for nearly six years now and are always satisfied."

"I was amazed that Bryron the son called me the same day of my inquiry which happened over a holiday weekend. The workers could not have been so fast, cheerful and polite on a very hot day than any other company I worked with. Our yard had been neglected we had trees and shrubs hanging over the gutters and stubborn weeds. "They were okay. The guys who actually climbed the trees, they knew what they were doing. The boss was there, he didn't really get it as well as the people who actually did the work so it was much better when the boss left. I think they did a good job. I would use them again but it's just that there are so many other people competing to do this, it's just like you have to turn people away all the time."

"Redesign from grass to boulders and decorative plants: Ibi and crew came and removed all of the front yard plants, mostly grass and a few accent evergreens. It was a total overhaul. His staff spent 2 days removing plants in place plus roots and soil. Boulders came next. Watching his staff work was a pleasure. He was here every day to oversee that it was done to his requirements. It looked fabulous when completed. However, in a month we had a major problem - nutsedge. It did not happen immediately, but it was killed and removed by his staff. He also added some plants for ground cover and replaced one plant's loss. We experienced a few problems but like the professional he is, Ibi resolved each one as it occurred - lights, nutsedge, and dead plants. He replaced and addressed all of our problems. Definitely would use his company again."

"I used a large lawn maintenance company for several years. I changed because they literally ran while weed whacking around the yard. Twice, not once, but twice a worker weed whacked a flower bed even though edging stones were visible. Just Aeration is a small company, which does its work with care and pride. I have used them for several years now, and I would recommend them. I planted clover in my front yard because the space is shady, and Just Aeration is careful not to apply weed killer there. They show up when needed. Good company. They also blew the fall leaves to the street. Again, good job."

"CSI was flexible and was able to schedule a home inspector the day after I got a bid accepted on a house. The inspector, Patrick, showed up on time and the inspection took about 4 hours. Patrick was responsive to any questions I had by email or live during the inspection. My one recommendation is that I requested a pest, mold, radon, and home inspection. It would be a better heads up if they explained that they sometimes outsource the radon inspection depending on availability of radon inspectors. Also, they can explain a bit more for new home buyers what is involved with a mold inspection. Patrick ended up just eyeing whether he spotted any mold. Because he did not see any mold, we did not have to pay extra for mold samples."
