"Th ewires were pre-existing for ceiling fans, and 3 were installed without a problem. The last fan required a new remote. so it was a repair so to speak. After attempting to install a new module and remote, I said it didn't sound right and the light didn't work. He listened. The module was removed and then by switching the switch/ for communication between the fan and remote all was well. Problem solved. All's well.."
