"Abay Iron & Metal Works mounted a mailbox on the front stoop of my house (Nov 2018) for $325. The worker came out from the company location in WDC, so a minimum charge to come out to Falls Church address was applied. Getting an experienced welder resulted in mounting the mailbox by welding so the mailbox would not move, yet could be removed, if necessary. The project was well organized and efficiently carried out. This company operates professionally."

They start when your appointment is set to start and return your vehicle on time. <br /> <br /> Again on 6/18 High-Tech performed the services promtly and professionally. They even gladly used filters I had from when I did oil and filter changes my self. No extra charge for customer supplied parts. High-Tech also made a list of recommended services but did not apply pressure or scare tactics to sell these services. Simply explained what they saw in the way of service life and wear and tear."

"I dropped off my car and they told me their estimator was not in but would call me with the estimate the next business day. The next business day, the shop called me to let me know that they did not have the ability to complete the repairs, so they needed to ship the car to their sister shop in Frederick. After the Frederick shop received my car, they called me and they estimated it would take about two weeks to complete the repairs. I received a call about 9 days into the repairs letting me know that they would be done the following day and my car would be available for pickup in Bethesda. <br /> <br />I went to pick up my car and I could not visually tell by looking at the exterior that the car was damaged. Obviously I don't know if everything was put back together properly on the inside or that all necessary repairs were completed, but I have had no problems with the car since receiving it back. <br /> <br />They did use a reconditioned bumper cover, but told me all other replacement parts were new OEM. They gave me the option to use a new OEM bumper cover but it would have cost more. Since the other driver's insurance was paying, I could not get the insurance company to use the OEM and would have had to pay out of pocket. <br />"
