The project was left unfinished through Thanksgiving, with the jobsite in poor condition. Issues were acknowledged by the project manager on Dec. 9 with a promise to fix them, but no follow-up occurred. I was later told an additional $2,600 was required to complete the fence as originally quoted. Communication ultimately became unprofessional, and the workmanship issues remain unresolved.
