When he finished he said he would email the invoice along with recommendations for further work that might be necessary. The company apparently had computer trouble and I did not receive an invoice until September 9. I had been assured by both the person who scheduled the work and by Trent that there would be a discount for multiple jobs at the same address (I own a four-plex). When I finally received an invoice, there was no discount given. I sent a quick email back asking about it and was immediately given an adequate discount.
