"Defiance did an amazing job power washing the exterior of my house. It’s an older home and clearly hadn’t been washed in a very, very long time. They brightened up the house and also cleaned the windows, tracks and sills. The windows look like mirrors when the sun is shining on the outside or a light is reflecting from the inside. When looking at my yard through one of the windows, looks like you can reach right out and touch the grass as if the pane of glass wasn’t even there. So grateful they were able to perk this place up! Great communication and they were very knowledgeable about all the exterior siding and windows of an older house. Highly recommend!"

The only reason I did not give a 5-Star was because he had an issue with a piece of equipment (sprayer). He completed the job as well as he could without that piece. Would I use him again? Our house definitely looked cleaner and I'm grateful that since this was the first time it's been cleaned, that it went so well. I would definitely hire Jared Duncan again. Am thinking VI may try to save up for a driveway wash. Our wood picket fence had a lot of mold and needed painting. Since it's been washed, I think we can skip painting this year."
