"We had a great experience working with Stone Scapes and would definitely use them again. In fact we can't say enough good things about our experience. After receiving bids and ideas from 4 other contractors, we saw Stone Scapes at the Home and Garden Show. We liked the fact that they were the only contractor who said they would physically remove tree roots from the area where our patio would be located. Trees had recently been removed from that area and the other contractors recommended just stump grinding the trunks. However, we were concerned the patio would gradually sink due to decaying roots under the patio. Stone Scapes removed as many tree roots as possible with a bobcat, were responsive to a design change made 2 weeks prior to the start date, built a retaining wall that was not in the original bid, and did a beautiful job despite a very rainy month and construction on our street which made parking their equipment difficult. We were especially pleased with the communication from Ryan Davis. He kept us updated and was a pleasure to work with. We are very pleased with the work Stone Scapes did at our home. <br />"
