"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.  
I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!  

I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion..

Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

They also replaced the front doors of each unit because they were installed incorrectly by a different company (they opened “in” instead of “out” which is not hurricane impact protection correct). He put in the carpet, painted, added shelves, brought furniture down, connected my TV, put the ceiling in (as it was just visible pipes) and did the bathroom (with the help of his plumber and electrician). The basement is 2000 sq ft, so the job was big but I would really recommend him as he was very friendly and did a professional job."

"Bill, did an excellent job removing the old door and door frame and installing the new stuff. Bill and his wife came to the house, measured the door and frame, went to the hardware store, purchased a new door/frame combo, and were finished in about 3.5 hours. This includes having to go back to the store and replacing the brand new door/frame because of damage on the corner to the first one. Despite the extra gas and trouble returning the new door/frame kit for another one, they remained very friendly and positive. In addition to the work performed, I learned some great landlord tips! I highly recommend these guys and will certainly do business with them again."
