"Amazing job! Edward knows his stuff. Walked the property, took time to explain the entire job and scheduled right there to have is crew come and complete the work that week. They took down and stump ground two huge mesquite trees that started leaning and cracking due to storm damage (we were worried they might fall onto our house from a monsoon), trimmed up a medium sized mesquite tree and our queen palm. Exceptional job - great investment (well worth the money), timely, professional, super friendly, did a ton of work in a 5 hour period and the yard was spotless when they left. Would highly recommend AZ Desert Tree Care to anyone needing tree work."

"The team at Citiscapes, were great. They understood the scope of work and completed it on time without a hitch. We wanted to add onto the back of our pool a grass area around pool for our dogs to be able to run all around the pool chasing each other and yes, more exercise for them. When I had the pool 2022 installed it took our past pool company 15 months to complete, this year they went bankrupt, and we no longer have a warrantee. "I had a pine tree that had several dead branches that the crew cut off but didnt not seal the cuts. Now i have tree sap running down the tree, all over the ground and on my vehicle. It says on the internet.. quote " it's generally not considered good for tree sap to run down a tree after a branch is cut, although a small amount of sap seeping from a fresh cut is normal and not a cause for concern; excessive sap flow can attract pests and diseases, so proper pruning techniques to minimize sap leakage are recommended. " unquote. I am concern about all this sap mess. My question why wasnt the spot where the brances were cut not sealed with tree tar or plastic. Now CHIPS TREE SERVICE has left my tree open to disease and insect infestation!!!! I would not hire them again for trimming trees."

They actually did more than the original scope so they exceeded our expectations. "Great! Rob and his crew are very hard working and quick! They really busted their backs to get us done within the estimated time! The storage unit filled the truck so they had to make a second trip to the house even though only 1 trip was planned. I didn’t blame them for the 2nd trip. I thought that I wasn’t as clear about the storage as I should have been. We thot initially that we were going to move from the house in our cars but at the last moment a family member gave us some appliances that we needed them to move. Jocelyn from their home office was very nice and professional. After we had made arrangements she took the changes to plan in stride and worked hard to stay within the first estimate even adding a 3rd person! I felt like they were friends…truly interested in giving us the best price for their work as possible. Definitely great people! I’d have NO problem recommending them to anyone needing moving services. We’re hoping to move into a house when our Apt lease is up. I’ll definitely rehire them to move us again. I don’t know if they do smaller jobs but if needed, I’ll call them again if we buy any large items we can’t transport in our cars! Thanks Guys! You’re all great people!"

"Alberto was great with communication. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he knew what we wanted. So very impressed with how quickly the job was started and finished. We had moved into a new home and we weren't sure what we were dealing with. He and his team were able to find and fix the sprinkler system, set us up on a timer, clear up the weeds, remove a tree and lay rock. It really was amazing what they were able to accomplish.
