Though I think this is a great outfit, had a very unfortunate interaction. While having a tree loaded in my truck my tailgate was completely destroyed. I’m told a sign in the office states that all damage is on me. That somehow a 300-400lb rootball compromised the loading capabilities of their forklift. Yeah no.
