"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"Woke up today to find an invoice from Denver Gutter Cleaning for services performed on 11/6/25. I did get a text from them at 11:24am that day stating they would arrive within a few minutes to one hour. By 3PM they were still a no show so I called Denver Gutter and Ernie answered. Ernie said his records show they did complete our service this morning. I told him I have pictures of full gutters so then he said maybe they had trouble finding you house. He said he would re-schedule, however, this is the 2nd and possibly 3rd time in the last few years the same thing happened with the same excuses. I said I did not want to re-schedule until someone from management calls me. I did miss a call at 7:36am the next day and another from Jason at 10:40am who said he woudl call right back. No such call and then the invoice for work never done. I do not suspect any foul play just poor management and an out of control company.
