"Jake Krygier, Scott Nettesheim and their roofing and gutter crews completed a professional job on our home. Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. After they quoted the job, they were responsive to every follow up question. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. He also came up with a creative solution to a known roof issue. At the first meeting at our home, Jake brought roof and gutter materials for my wife and I to review and select, something else that none of the other firms did. As the job date approach this Spring, Scott was accommodating regarding the COVID 19 crisis, respecting our concerns about their crew and our family keeping safe and healthy. As the job progressed, the roofing crew, led by Enrique, was respectful about our concerns about keeping the landscaping undamaged. The gutter crew was also professional. Our gutter system has three issues related to the design of our home. The crew identified two of those issues on their own, brought them to our attention, and developed practical solutions. My wife and I were quite worried that our home would not look the same with asphalt shingles, as our home was built with cedar shake. Jake helped us select an affordable asphalt shingle that he felt could offer a look as special as what we had with cedar shake. To our surprise, once the roof was done, we realized that the choice of asphalt shingle has resulted in a curb appeal that is actually better than what the cedar shake created. Bottom line. We could not be more pleased with our investment in a new roof, as a result of the excellent work of Infinity Exteriors."

"A&D replaced our parent's aged roof. Darek came a good distance to provide a free estimate. He explained thoroughly the work that his company would complete, as well as why it needed to be done. He offered material options and encouraged us to seek additional estimates for comparison purposes. A&D was extremely responsive with followup communication. When reaching out with questions, their response time to our inquiries was extremely fast. A&D followed through on all of their promises. A large work crew showed up on time and completed a complete tear off, down to the rafters, installed sheathing, ice & water shield (72 in.), all underlayments and shingles. They were done with the job, in it's entirety, by 5:00 p.m. Darek and Maciej spent several hours at our house, overseeing and working alongside the crew. They met all terms of the agreement and went above and beyond - sealing gutter end caps that were leaking and installing attic baffles, without asking for additional compensation. Afterwards, the crew spent time cleaning up the perimeter of our home, leaving no material wrappings or nails on the ground. Darek visited our parents' home the day after the roofing work, to ask if we had any questions and if we were pleased. He encouraged us to call A&D's office we had any issues with the roof moving forward. A&D Home Improvement is a company with the highest level of integrity. "After reviewing several roofing companies on Angi and elsewhere, as well as one family recommendation, we went with Seidel to have all the singles, underlying materials, and gutters replaced on our ~ 25 year old home. The first thing to know about this company is that Udo is a knowledgeable professional who is happy to answer any questions leading up to the job, and assist with things that can be challenging, like getting permits or working with HOAs. During the work he checked in multiple times and even supplied some photos of the roof while the crew was up there, to confirm boards were all OK. In short, he doesn't miss details and does a great job communicating throughout. We went with a higher grade of shingle and supporting materials, and so far (after 30+ days and several storms) the overall quality looks great. I don't anticipate any issues through the coming winter, but will update should anything warrant it. Can fully recommend Seidel and we are also likely to use them for a siding project, based on our positive experiences with the roof."

"M Construction replaced my roof at a fair price. We've had several big wind storms with heavy rain and I haven't found any indications of water intrusion and I still have all of my shingles so I am assuming they did the work correctly. Chuck was very patient and accommodating and answered all of my questions and worked to arrange the install date so as to have the least detrimental impact to my family. The team that replaced my roof worked hard to complete the job in a single 12 hour day. The only negatives I have are the following: 1) they placed shingles directly on my lawn, and the chemicals in the shingles killed the grass underneath. Luckily it is starting to grow back. 2) they aren't very good at cleanup. There were a lot of tiny pieces of plastic, packaging, shingle, and tar paper, left behind and I am still cleaning it up. I also continue to find the occasional roofing nail in my lawn or flower bed. In spite of these two issues, I will probably hire M construction again when I replace my gutters."

"We had sales people out twice who are good at selling. We had three major issues which we pointed out. The first time we had work with gutters and some other repair we thought one of the major items would be fixed. We were told no that would be part of the siding work so we agreed to the siding but still did not get the one big issue fixed. On the sales side this company is amazing and you will get lots of calls to schedule the work. On the back side you will get crickets. There is no email, online presence or anything but a phone which is never accessible outside of hours. Some of us work so we can pay for the work we thought would be done. I cannot recommend Power even though we have had windows, gutters and siding done by them. Go somewhere else. You can certainly find less expensive alternatives that actually have a way to communicate."

"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"
