When I contacted them they did apologize & explained an emergency happened & my appointment got lost in the shuffle. I am going to wait until spring now & I will make a decision as to go elsewhere or try them again. I am inclined to believe them because when he came to look at the job he was right on time & seemed responsible so I can understand what an emergency can do to your mind & appointments."

Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. Fencing looks awesome we had a issue with the gate and we called them they came out and fixed the issue with in 7 days.
